Over the past several months, the Executive Board has thoughtfully discussed SCP’s current governance structure and have approved the proposed revisions intended to better align the division’s bylaws with the present and future operational needs of the division. The proposed amendments are designed to support a governance structure that is sustainable, transparent, responsive, and inclusive while remaining aligned with APA requirements and SCP’s mission and values.
