Save the date! This year in Toronto our section will co-sponsor, along with Division 44 and other sections and divisions, a wedding and reception designed especially for all of us who are not able to legally marry in our home states (straight allies are also welcome). Whether or not you would like to actually get married while in Toronto, you certainly might like to come out, enjoy good food, drink, dancing and music, celebrate the freedom to love as we do, and witness a marriage ceremony with your APA colleagues officiated by our own Dr. Ruth Fassinger :)

The event will be held at a fantastic venue, the Voglie Risto, a renovated Victorian mansion that now serves as a restaurant, club/bar, and an event venue for things like this.  The wedding will start at 8:00 pm and will be followed by a 4 course dinner and a reception/party through the night with a cash bar.

All are welcome to attend and all are welcome to get married!  The cost is $50 for the entire event.  There are scholarships available for students.  Additionally, we still need more sponsors to help pay for the wedding expenses.  If you would like to attend, please let us know by following the RSVP link above.
