The International Section of the Society of Counseling Psychology of the American Psychological Association is dedicated to facilitating a scientist-professional model of counseling psychology in international contexts in the US and around the globe. Our main missions are to promote research collaboration, teaching and training activities, counseling, preventive, advocacy, and social justice services with international populations, cultures, or organizations. We network with and maintain a forum for counseling psychologists, other mental health professionals, and relevant professional organizations in the US and from around world who are interested in international and cross-cultural issues to share their ideas, common experiences, culture, and expertise.
