The University of Nevada Reno, Counseling Services is looking for a dynamic clinical/counseling psychologist to join a dedicated group of fellow administrative faculty members. This position will be on a 10 month contract paid over 12 months. The Counseling Services at UNR provides a full range of clinical, counseling and assessment services to a culturally and economically diverse population of more than 16,862 students and includes some on- call duties. The incumbent will also provide clinical supervision to graduate students, participate in outreach activities to the entire campus and deliver the full range of psychological services to our student clients. We are particularly looking for someone who has experience in treating Eating Disorders, has a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from a regionally accredited institution (APA-accredited preferred); has three years of clinical/counseling experience in a university/college or equivalent clinical setting with at least one year postdoctoral experience (predoctoral and/or postdoctoral), with at least one of these years working with college students at a Counseling Center or Student Health Center; has experience treating and supervising culturally and economically diverse students, and can become licensed in Nevada within two years.
