You are hereby invited to embrace an organizational as well as personal philosophy that requires us to think and behave in ways that reflect a more of thee and less of me mindset. As a way to operationally define this philosophy three Special Task Groups have been established and charged with setting the course all of us can then follow as we move forward.

The Passing the Baton
Tri-Chaired by Kathy Bieschke, Elizabeth Skowron and Christopher Daood, are translating our SCP spirit in a manner that will provide opportunities for the elders of the SCP to reach back and pull forward one to several younger colleagues. Opportunities also will be provided for our early career colleagues to initiate relationships with one to several senior colleagues.

Tapping the Wellspring of Talent
Hardin Coleman and Steve Danish, Co-Chairs of the Tapping the Wellspring of Talent (STG), are spearheading efforts designed to have the SCP more fully appreciate their rich talent pool that can then be used by professional athletic or other organizations with whom SCP hopes to partner as these organizations address their myriad challenges.
