April 13Requirements for Community Service Award:

1) at least 10 years of service to the field of counseling psychology

2) letter from the nominee outlining the accomplishments that have advanced

the mental health service of people of color.

3) at least two supporting letters from community members or colleagues.

4) vita (with emphasis on service activities).

Evaluation: Nominees will be evaluated on the merits of their service contributions by a sub-committee of the Awards Committee.
