Participate
There are many ways to participate in SAS. You can like us on Facebook and upload photos and start a discussion, become a representative for your program through the Program Representatives Network, submit articles or article ideas to the SAS Newsletter, subscribe to the listserv, and attend SAS sponsored events at the APA convention each year. SAS also continuously recruits members to serve on SCP committees and special interest and task groups. When SCP needs student representation on committees and groups, they rely on SAS to recruit members to serve. Calls for members usually go out on the listserv, the web site and the Facebook page. So be on the lookout for these opportunities!

Program Representatives Network

The Program Representatives Network is comprised of SAS members in counseling psychology programs nationwide and in Canada. SAS representative members provide information about Division 17 to their classmates and faculty, create opportunities for networking and professional development and prepare students for leadership positions with Division 17 and APA.
